2. Categories of data

Identity: full name, national identity number (for payment and invoicing only).

Contact: email address, phone number, address, city, country.

Transaction: purchase records, access rights, earnings and payout records.

Security: IP address, session records, access logs.

Professional: company name, if you chose to provide one.

3. Purposes

Formation and performance of the membership agreement; providing access to purchased digital content.

Collecting payment, invoicing, and paying inventors their share.

Ensuring information security and preventing fraud and content violations.

Meeting legal obligations and responding to competent authorities.

4. Legal grounds

Necessary for the formation or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).

Necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (KVKK art. 5/2-ç).

Necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (KVKK art. 5/2-e).

Necessary for legitimate interests (KVKK art. 5/2-f) — for security and fraud prevention.

5. International transfers

As part of prior-art screening, an invention's title and public teaser are transferred to Anthropic (USA) and the European Patent Office (Europe). Locked content is not included in that screening.

For automatic translation, the full invention text - including locked-section content - is transferred to Anthropic (USA). Without translation the invention cannot be offered in the other languages.

This transfer is necessary to provide the service and is carried out under the KVKK provisions on international transfers.

6. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, and know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.

You may request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and its erasure or destruction within the conditions set by law.

You may object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against you, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
