Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement applies to digital content sold through ICATGO and is accepted at checkout.

1. Parties and subject
This agreement is formed between SUMATO ENDÜSTRİ MÜHENDİSLİK A.Ş. as SELLER and the BUYER who purchases access to a locked section of an invention through ICATGO, under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
ICATGO is a platform brand operated by SUMATO ENDÜSTRİ MÜHENDİSLİK A.Ş.. The seller identity and contact details appear at the end of this page.
Its subject is the electronic provision of unlimited-time access to the locked section chosen by the BUYER at checkout.
2. Nature of the product
The product sold is DIGITAL CONTENT delivered electronically. There is no physical delivery.
Its name, scope and price are shown on the invention page and at checkout before purchase.
The total price including taxes is stated clearly at checkout. No shipping, delivery or similar extra charge applies.
3. Performance and delivery
Access is granted automatically the MOMENT payment is confirmed by the payment institution. There is no separate delivery period.
Access is provided through the ICATGO account of the BUYER and is unlimited in time. It is personal and non-transferable.
If access cannot be granted for a technical reason, the payment is refunded.
4. Price and payment
Payments are taken by credit or debit card through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş.
Card details are never passed to the SELLER and are not stored by the SELLER.
The BUYER is responsible for the accuracy of the details entered at checkout.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY to contracts for intangible goods performed instantly in electronic form and delivered instantly to the consumer.
A purchased locked section opens the moment payment is confirmed and therefore falls within that exception.
The BUYER accepts this expressly by ticking the confirmation box at checkout. Payment cannot start without it.
6. Refunds
Although there is no right of withdrawal, the price is refunded where payment was taken but the content did not open, the wrong content opened, or a technical fault occurred.
Refund requests go to info@icatgo.com and are concluded within 14 days at the latest. Approved refunds are made to the card used.
Content not meeting expectations is not on its own grounds for a refund; reviewing the public teaser before buying is recommended.
7. Confidentiality
The BUYER may not copy, reproduce, publish or share the unlocked content with third parties.
Some sections additionally require accepting a non-disclosure agreement; those obligations continue after access is granted.
Breach may result in the account being closed and in a claim for damages.
8. The position of ICATGO
ICATGO is an intermediary platform introducing inventors and buyers. It gives no warranty as to the accuracy, feasibility, patentability or commercial value of an invention.
It is not a party to any licensing, purchase, investment or partnership relationship formed through the platform.
9. Disputes
The BUYER may take complaints to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
