2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to open an account. You are responsible for keeping the information you provide accurate and current.

Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. Actions taken through your account are treated as your own.

No person or organisation may open multiple accounts in order to avoid payment or bypass access limits.

3. Publishing an invention

You confirm that the content you publish is yours, does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights, and that you are entitled to publish it.

You decide how much information goes into the public teaser. Information you place in locked sections is released only to users who pay for that section.

ICATGO may review published inventions and may return, or withdraw, content it considers incomplete, misleading, unlawful or infringing.

If an invention is withdrawn, users who already bought access to it keep that access.

4. Buying an unlock

When you buy an unlock you gain unlimited-time access to that section. Access is personal and cannot be transferred.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish or share the content you have unlocked. Breaching this may result in your account being closed and in a claim for damages.

Some sections require you to accept a non-disclosure agreement. The confidentiality obligations you accept there continue after you gain access.

5. Fees, commission and payment

Unlock prices are set by the inventor and shown inclusive of taxes on the checkout screen.

ICATGO takes a commission on each sale. The rate depends on the unlock level and is frozen at the moment of sale; later rate changes do not affect past sales.

Payments are collected through iyzico Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. Your card details never reach ICATGO servers and are not stored by ICATGO.

The inventor's share is credited after commission and paid out on request.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Locked content is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Once the content has been opened, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If payment was taken but the content did not open, the wrong content opened, or a technical fault occurred, you will be refunded. Write to info@icatgo.com for such requests.

Content not meeting your expectations is not on its own grounds for a refund; please review the public teaser before buying.

7. Prohibited conduct

Publishing someone else's invention as your own; posting false, misleading or unlawful content; attempting to bypass the platform's security measures; or scraping data with automated tools is prohibited.

Sharing, reselling or republishing unlocked content outside the platform is prohibited.

ICATGO may suspend or close your account without notice if these rules are breached.

8. Limitation of liability

ICATGO does not warrant that the platform will run uninterrupted or error-free. Temporary loss of access may occur due to maintenance, faults or third-party outages.

ICATGO's liability is in all cases limited to the amount collected for the transaction concerned. It is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or lost business opportunity.

9. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated. Material changes are notified to your registered email address before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction. For consumer transactions, the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts is reserved.
