THE PROBLEM
Children cannot always directly express their feelings and thoughts. Drawing, especially at a young age, is one of the most natural tools through which a child expresses themselves. Nevertheless, most parents do not know how to evaluate the colors, figures, placements, and recurring themes in their children's drawings. Accessing expert opinion, on the other hand, is not practical or accessible for every drawing. For this reason, the highly valuable visual data produced by children often remains nothing more than a drawing. Paintolog aims to close this gap. The parent uploads the child's drawing to the application or takes a photo of it; the system analyzes the drawing and provides the parent with a simple and understandable assessment. In this way, drawings cease to be merely stored memories and become an awareness tool that supports communication between parent and child.
